Join us for the 10th annual WMFC on the Lakeshore during the end of February. Come join the event that marked the 2nd largest tournament in the nation in 2022.

Divisions offered for U7 (2019) - U19 (2007) Boys and Girls.
Select and lower-level select levels of play offered.

3 game minimum guarantee
45 minute games (22-minute halves with 1 minute half-time)
5v5 futsal (4v4 + goalie)
games played on hardwood + Sportcourt

1st and 2nd in each division will receive awards
Admission is $10 for spectators 7 years of age and older. The wristband given at admission will be valid for each location all weekend. Coaches, managers, and competing players are free.

West Michigan Futsal has partnered with THS to provide quality, affordable lodging for our events! This tournament is not a stay-to-play event, and lodging can be set up individually by clubs/teams as they desire.

The following items are mandatory for all registered teams. Teams that do not meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible to compete.

Under ‘Unpaid Orders’ select ‘Make Payment’ to the right of the order number

This section must be completed online through the TeamSnap Tournaments account. This is a requirement in addition to the ‘Player Document’ requirement.
STEPS TO COMPLETE
Completing your team’s TeamSnap roster is a 2-step process:
Entering the TeamSnap Roster
Players individually accepting the Tournament Waiver/Liability Form sent to email
STEP 1: ENTER PLAYERS INTO THE TEAM SNAP ROSTER
Use the head coach email/password used to register the team to login
Select ‘Upcoming Events’ in the upper left-hand corner
Select ‘Roster’ listed under the team name
Select ‘Invite Player’ to send the player the Tournament Waiver/Liability Form by entering the player’s full legal name + email for the waiver to be sent to
STEP 2: ACCEPT ONLINE WAIVER VIA EMAIL
Once a player is ‘Invited’ be added to the roster, the WMSC Tournament Waiver/Liability is sent to the email used to register the player.
For a player to be approved to compete, this MUST be accepted by accessing the email and accepting the invite.
MANAGING PLAYER WAIVERS
Player waivers/invites can be managed by logging into your TeamSnap account.
Players listed under ‘Player Invites’ have been sent the waiver but NOT accepted. You can resend the player waiver by selecting ‘Manage Invite’
Players listed under ‘Players’ have accepted the waiver.

Player documents must be submitted for approval by the tournament admin via email.
The following are accepted Player Documents (proof of age) required to be submitted for each competing player.

STEPS TO COMPLETE
Create ONE .PDF file for the team of ALL player documents
Email the following to managers@michiganfutbolacademy.com
ONE .pdf file containing ALL player cards. Do not upload individual player documents.
Include team name and age group/division (ex: U12 Girls Silver)
Ensure submitted documents for competing players match the TST roster. The two will be cross-checked for approval/denial by the tournament admin monitoring the inbox.
