Lower-level select and recreational levels of play offered.
U7-U8 (4v4) | $375
U9-U10 (7v7) | $475
U11-U12 (9v9) | $575
U13+ (11v11) | $625
NOTE: All participating players must currently compete at the low-level select or recreational level (ex: GVSA 4th division, AYSO Rec, etc.) to ensure, fair, balanced competition. Please provide the level at which each rostered player competed during the Spring 2026 season at registration.

Tailgating is allowed. Please ensure all trash is appropriately disposed of and the parking lot is NOT blocked. tailgating area MUST open towards the grass space. Not tents can be staked in the gated turf area.
REQUIREMENTS
The following items are mandatory for all registered teams to be completed by coaches / managers. Teams that do not meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible to compete.
All requirements must be completed by June 12th at 12:00 PM.

STEPS TO COMPLETE
Completing your team’s TeamSnap Tournaments roster is a 2-step process:
Entering the TeamSnap Tournaments Roster
Players individually accepting the Tournament Waiver/Liability Form sent to email
STEP 1: ENTER PLAYERS INTO THE TEAM SNAP ROSTER
Use the head coach email/password used to register the team to login
Select ‘Upcoming Events’ in the upper left-hand corner
Select ‘Roster’ listed under the team name
Select ‘Invite Player’ to send the player the Tournament Waiver/Liability Form by entering the player’s full legal name + email for the waiver to be sent to
STEP 2: ACCEPT ONLINE WAIVER VIA EMAIL
Once a player is ‘Invited’ be added to the roster, the WMFC Tournament Waiver/Liability is sent to the email used to register the player.
For a player to be approved to compete, this MUST be accepted by accessing the email and accepting the invite.
MANAGING PLAYER WAIVERS
Player waivers/invites can be managed by logging into your TeamSnap Tournaments account.
Players listed under ‘Player Invites’ have been sent the waiver but NOT accepted. You can resend the player waiver by selecting ‘Manage Invite’
Players listed under ‘Players’ have accepted the waiver.

Coach Background Check/SafeSport completion is STRONGLY encouraged, but not required.

Physical check-in is required at least 1 hour prior to your team’s first game. Teams who do not check-in will not recieve player wristbands and will be ineligible to compete.

Payment
The Head Coach or Manager is required to check-in. Players do NOT need to be present.
Wristbands will be given for all eligible players that must be worn all weekend.
