It’s back! The WMS Winter 3v3 returns on December 20 for a day packed with competition and holiday cheer. Formerly known as the Holiday Hat-Trick 3v3, this one-day tournament keeps the same great energy — fast-paced games, creative team names, and plenty of holiday spirit on the field.
REQUIREMENTS

Team check-in is required prior to the start of your team’s first game. At this time, the TeamSnap Tournament roster will be cross-checked to the physical copy of the completed WMS Team Waiver Form. Players approved to compete will be given a wristband that must be worn during competition.
NOTE:
The WMS Team Form will be available on-site and can be completed prior to check-in the day of.
The WMS Team Waiver Form can also be downloaded below and completed prior to check-in on December 20.
IMPORTANT:
ONE form is turned in per team. Players do NOT complete and turn in individual forms.
The team coach or manager must check-in the team.
Parents do NOT individually check players in.
Players do NOT need to be present.
Rosters lock at 12:00 AM on December 20. After this time, no roster changes may be made.
No physical player proof of age documents are required. We recommend having proof of age available in the instance player birth year is questioned.

Completed online through TeamSnap Tournaments (see section below).
If ALL player information was entered at registration, rosters do not need to be edited in TeamSnap Tournaments. Players must be on the roster.
STEPS TO ADD PLAYERS TO TEAM ROSTER
Login with email used to register the team
Select ‘Upcoming Events’ in the upper left-hand corner
Select ‘Roster’ listed under the team name
Select ‘ADD PLAYER’ and add player’s name, birthdate and email.
NOTE:
Rosters lock at 12:00 AM on December 20th. After this time, no changes can be made to the roster.
Roster changes, including adds and drops, will NOT be allowed after this time.

The team coach or manager (who will be checking in the team) is required to hand in ONE physical copy of the WMS Team Waiver Form, compete with all player names and guardian signatures to check-in. No online waivers will be required.

Fields 1B and 2B are required to use the 'Home' & 'Away' dugouts for personal items. All personal items must be against the walls.
No food or drinks are allowed on turf (water only).
Only team personnel (players + coaches) are allowed on the turf.

NO CLEATS ALLOWED ON TURF. Flat or indoor shoes only.
An adult over the age of 18 is required to be on the sidelines during gameplay.
Spectators are NOT allowed on the fields.
